A Kick Start to a Healthier You! We run 6-8 week intensive courses designed to get you outstanding results. Sessions will focus on lifting Dumbells and Kettlebells to tone muscles and strengthen the body, followed by HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training) to torch fat and get you looking great for summer. I’m looking for 10 people to transform themselves not just physically but mentally and start their summer in the best possible way.
WHAT YOU WILL GET?

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 30 and 50
- Be willing to commit to regular training sessions every week
- Be willing to commit to my awesome, flexible nutrition program
- Be willing to be held accountable for your own actions
- Be ready to lift weights to get strong
- Be injury free
- Be at the stage in their life where they are READY to make a change and get seriously strong fit and healthy!
