My time in the Army means, there’s not much I don’t know about group training. Having delivered over 4000 classes since 2007 when I began my career in the fitness industry has given me a pretty good handle on what works and what doesn’t work.
I take special care to make sure the needs of everyone in my group training sessions are taken care of. Nobody gets left behind.
My fitness expertise, experience and various qualifications have allowed me to design programmes which incorporate Kettlebells, Dumbells, TRX (suspension training), calisthenics (using your own body weight), and cardio routines from boxing to circuit training.
The result is improved strength and improved cardio vascular conditioning.
