After an Injury left me unable to exercise for 6 Months I was unfit, I felt constantly bloated and I was fat, probably borderline obese! I now feel much fitter, my cardio fitness has improved greatly, I can run at a steady pace again I am enjoying sprint sessions and look forward to putting my trainers on!

Having a trainer really helps to keep you focused – you can’t wimp out, and that is something I used to do a lot of! In addition, having a trainer ensures that your technique is correct, which is crucial when it comes to training on your own.

To someone sitting on the fence, I would say ‘Give it a go! Even if you only sign up for a short course of personal sessions, it really helps to get you going. And, once you’ve started you soon realize that you enjoy it and want to keep going and keep improving.
