Strength Circuits are group classes using Dumbells, Kettlebells and Bodyweight exercises to increase strength and fitness levels. Utilising different techniques such as High Intensity Intervals, AMRAPs and Circuits, it’s a fun and effective way to get fit with like minded people.
Transformation
Challenge
Are you ready to take action and improve your Mind Body And Soul? Transformation Courses help you make positive and long term changes to your health and fitness levels. Challenges are limited to 10 people and last between 6 – 8 weeks. Train with like minded people in groups.

Training
Training with a coach is one of the best ways to achieve your fitness goals fast. You’ll be assessed on your movement competencies, strength and cardiovascular fitness. You will get a tailored fitness plan to follow in order to achieve your personal goals in a fast and effective way.
